This year we are doing things differently to previous years & this is due to the current economic climate.  Because we are not sure of how many people are going to be able to attend, rather than do a block booking, we have an agreement with the campsite, that those who are still wanting to attend, will pay the campsite for their pitch directly.

To book your pitch message or email me & I will add you to the list, which I will then pass onto the campsite.  Nearer to the date, I will share the bank details of the campsite with those who have booked, so you can pay for your pitch.

The cost per night for camping is:

- Camper van or caravan with electric hook-up = £35 per night

- Camper van or caravan without electric hook-up = £30 per night

- Tent (Up to six people) = £20 per night

The campsite have advised that if small tents are willing to share a pitch, then they can split the pitch fee between them as long as the number of people staying is six or less.

In addition there are also pre-erected safari style tents, for those who are not into pitching their own tent.

PLEASE NOTE:  Because that weekend is blocked out for the Wyvern Rises, you will need to book your pitch through me (To save Adrian from having to deal with loads of enquiries at the campsite)

There will be no other costs charged for joining us for the weekend, although there may requests for donations to cover specific activities, workshop materials if you choose to take part.
